The 16k cache memory is an option on 120MHz+ parts. I believe that these are not yet available.
The Flash Memory Controller has a small cache of its own which is enabled by default - at the moment this tends to be disabled by users requiring concurent Flash block execution due to the errata E2448.
Do you have a 120MHz part with 16k Cache?
