Help selecting Kinetis MCU for inhouse project

Hi,

Im looking for a Kinetis MCU which has this specification:

>= 120MHz
>= 128kB RAM
>= 256kB FLASH
> 4 ch 16bit SE ADCs
2xUSB OTG
2xCAN

I have come up with theese MCUs but im not sure if all of the SE ADCs are 16bit resolution ?

MK24FN1M0VDC12R

* MK60FN1M0VMD15

MK64FN1M0VDC12

MK82FN256VDC15

MK60 is our primary choice at the moment, but still unsure about the ADC resolution.

Hi Niklas,

The best choice based on your requirements is the MK60FN1M0VMD15 part. Regarding the ADC, it does have the 16-bit resolution you require.
