Full datasheets (including peripheral and radio register maps) for the KW20 chips?

I am having a hard time finding documentation for these chips (I know they are new, but there must at least be preliminary documentation somewhere). Where can I get specific information about the peripherals and integrated radio in the MKW22D512VHA5?

The datasheet on the product page (http://cache.freescale.com/files/rf_if/doc/data_sheet/MKW22D512V.pdf) is essentially just electrical characteristics and overview. I am wanting the full reference manual.

Hello Michael,

All MKW2x documentation is now available with BeeKit Wireless Connectivity Toolkit installer. It was released on Dec 2013.
