From Shell Linux - Loading new software in MK66F and relaunch (restart)

Hi,

I'm using the K66F FRDM and I want to load new binary software using the linux shell.

These steps already succeed:

  1. Generate a binary file.
  2. Copy this file to the boot loader
  3. Unplug and plug in the USB cable

But here is the manual access to the USB cable is not possible and I have to find a way with the Linux shell to reboot the card.

note: I also opened a ticket on the stack exchange community.

Hi,

Please check here to download latest OpenSDA firmware for FRDM-K66F board.

I tested to download Segger J-Link firmware from here and after updated the firmware, I could drag and drop application image (*.bin) to MSD USB disk (FRDM-K66FJ).
