Hi,

Does anyone know how to use flash memory emulate EEPROM?

Im using the K40 target.

Could you provide sample code tutorial?

Hello Maria:

You may check the application note AN4282, which instructs you on how to use the EEPROM functionality.

Also, if you installed CodeWarrior, there is an example code for the K40 in the next installation path:

C:\Freescale\CW MCU v10.6\MCU\CodeWarrior_Examples\Kinetis_Examples\k40\flexmem
