Files required for Kinetis Bootloader 2.0.0 Blhost application

I am planning to use Kinetis Bootloader for above MCU.

Want to use Blhost application to send commands through UART.

Which files from the Bootloader package should I compile as there is no specific instruction in reference manual and no organization in the package as to which files to include for the blhost application.  

Which files should I compile for the Blhost application to successfully communicate with the Bootloader?
