I am using FREEDOM-K66F board, and I want to enable 24-bit system timer at 1ms interrupt.

There is anyone who can provide me the sample code to do so?

Could you help us confirm if you are referring to System Tick Timer [SysTick_DelayTicks] or are you referring to another system timer?

Is there a specific example do you want to test? I would recommend checking on the SDK for FRDM-K66F, if an example could apply for your necessities
