FRDM-KL26Z MCU in reset state

Hello

I'm new in this MCU. I bought FRDM-KL26Z and connected Jlink by cutting SDA (J8 open). It was not successful. LED indicator of Jlink was saying "reset is active on the target". I checked the reset pin of target MCU. It was only 0.9V (/w and /wo Jlink connection). With this, I guess there is something wrong in the board hardware.

2.press "NMI"

3.plug-in
