I need a device with following interfaces

1x Gigabit ethernet interface

1x CAN interface

2-4x RS232

1-2x SPI.

Possibility to have a bootloader (with ethernet)

Free development platform

Easy to implement a UDP-communication

Bonus:

mbed-support

ADC / DAC

SD-card

Yes, you may consider the i.MX6 SX device :

It has 2x Gigabit Ethernet with AVB-2x 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet

(MAC) controllers (MII, RGMII) and two Flexible Controller Area Network (FlexCAN), 1 Mbps each.  

6 of UARTs and 5 of SPI. See detail from below link:
