I met issues when using DDR debug file *.mac as K70_MT47H64M16HR-DDR.mac under IAR for K70 Tower. I checked the mac file and modified some commands, but it still not works. I've cheked the mac file in K70 120Mhz src package, it doesn't work, it reports stack error or else. It's used by a key customer, but we cannot resolve the mac file issue, so cannot debug the code in DDR now. Do you help me checking the mac file and write a correct mac file which can be used for debug app under IAR? If it can be use for debug MQX in DDR , it's better.
Hi Zhiqiang:
From your description, I could know you have one standrad K70 tower board.
So you firstly could download KINETIS_120MHZ_SC package, which have standard mac file, which could work and debug in DDR2.
For MQX, which should be OK also.
I don't understand, why you should change mac file, and what have been changed, for customer board, you must change PLL setting for mac, but for tower board, nothing should to do.
Hi,
I have resolved it by modifying the MAC file for DDR debugging on K70.
Thanks.
Best regards
David
Hi Zhiqiang,
I'm working on debugging on DDR2 RAM recently.
I'm using the MAC file from KINETIS_120MHZ_SC project.
Debugging KINETIS_120MHZ_SC project in DDR2 RAM is not a problem.
However, when I try to make it debug in MQX project, nothing seem working.
Could you share the modified MAC file?
Thank you,
