Cannot capture any packets by USB-KW019032 sniffer

Dear all,

The protocol analyzer page on test tool 12 can detect the USB-kw019032 sniffer, but CANNOT capture any packets.

We use the device( exegin r22 dual radio platform) and set up the frequency at 868MHz/ page 28/ channel 0 on the device, then try to established the zigbee network, the sniffer CANNOT capture any packets. 

Buy the way, the packet can be captured by USB-kw24d512 sniffer when setting up the frequency at 2.4 GHz/ channel 11 on the device (the device support dual radio).

Could we set up the "page 28" on the test tool 12? 

The sniffer support capture the zigbee sub-GHz's packet?
