CDC enumeration not happening in KL25 microcontroller

Hi, i am using kl25 series and i have configured FSL_USB_STACK for both USB_OTG and CDC. Using this configuration I have compiled and flashed into kl25 board. But after connecting USB to the device, device is not showing inside device manager.we refered below link http://mcuoneclipse.com/2012/10/07/tutorial-usb-cdc-with-the-kl25z-freedom-board/.

there is no J21 jumper on the FRDM-KL25Z, or did I miss it?

I'm using the board with its default jumper settings/configurations.

Does your board have the below jumper?

Because no header for J21 is equipped and you should attach the header.

oh, I missed that jumper, sorry. So I do have this jumper *not* set.
