MSCAN mainly from KE and KEA series, it is the simple CAN module, this is the MSCAN bock:
FlexCAN is the enhanced CAN module, it is a little complex than the MSCAN, these two CAN module have different structure.
About CCAN, I don't know where you find it, you can check that module datasheet to find the details.
What's the kinetis chip you are using now? KV? If yes, you need to use the flexCAN, the code you can refer to the SDK code which can be downloaded from this link:
