Build Error with KM256SW3PHMET_R4_0_0: Fatal Error[Lp049] Related to __iar_data_init3

Hello,
I downloaded and installed the Three-Phase Power Meter Reference Design Software from the following NXP link:

After installation, I tried to build the project located at:
C:\freescale\KM256SW3PHMET_R4_0_0\build\iar_7_40\projects\KM256SW3PHMET_R4_0_0
using IAR Embedded Workbench.

However, I encountered the following error during compilation:

Fatal Error[Lp049]: there was no reference to __iar_data_init3, but it is needed to initialize section .bss (adc.o #8)
I haven't modified any part of the project after installation. Could you please help me understand why this error occurs and how to resolve it?

Thanks for your post and sorry for the late reply.

This might be related to the inconsistency of IAR versions. The software package uses IAR 7_40. What is the IAR version you are using?
