To complete the story , all four FRDM boards have been returned to Freescale , three apparently totally bricked and the fourth half way there , will be interesting to hear what comes of inspection of the returns, if anything . With Element 14 still having the boards for $9.00 I still get tempted to buy another, but 4 out of 4 problems does tend to dull that temptation :-) I'll carry on playing with the competitions offerings for a while unless/until it can be shown that I've been doing something incredibly stupid ( Not beyond the bounds of possibilities)
