Beginner looking for help with CodeWarrior and Freescale TWR-K70F120M

Hi, I am looking for a useful tutorial that explains how CodeWarrior interfaces with the Freescale TWR-K70F120M. I have never worked with this environment before and cannot find any useful resources that explains initializing hardware, using flash programming, etc. Any help would be appreciated!
