I still don't see KW21Z in the market. When it will be available or launched?

Is it pin-compatible with KW20z?

We want to evaluate KW21z. How it is possible? Should we use KW20z Freedom evaluation board (makes sense if pin-compatible with KW20z?)

Hi,

KW21Z/31Z/41Z R1.0 silicon is going through final validations and looks good for an on-target early-access customer launch in May, 2016.
