Anbindung eines SDRAM an den KV5XF

Hallo

Wie kann ich einen SD-Ram an einen KV5X Microcontroller anschließen? Der Controller hat keinen eigenen SD-Ram Controller, eine Anbindung soll dennoch über Flexbus möglich sein.

Die Beschreibung von Flexbus (für den KV5X) sagt allerdings das zuerst eine 32-Bit Adresse geschaltet wird und danach die Daten, es ist keine Rede das es nochmal ein internes Multiplexing zwischen den Zeilen (ROW) und Spaltenadressen (Column) gibt.

Lässt sich ein solches Ram an einen Flexbus anschließen oder ist das nur mit Rams mit statischer Adresse möglich?

First of all,  do not understand German, so I use automatic translation tools, I just understand your question briefly, that you want to connect SDRAM to Flexbus of KV5x.

The Flexbus of KV5x can only connect SRAM, Nor Flash..., it can not connect to SDRAM, because KV5x does not have SDRAM controller. As you know the SDRAM needs precharging, refreshing timing, the Flexbus can not do such thing.

In conclusion, KV5x can not connect to SDRAM.
