An application for the kinetis bootloader.

I use AN2295 kinetis bootloader. On PC side I use win_hc08sprg.exe – Universal Bootloader AN2295. It parses a binary file (S19) and downloads it to a microcontroller.

Now I have to write my own program on PC side with some extended functionality. But the source code of the application written in C++ that quite obscure to me. Do we have some application written in C#?
