Adding LTE-M to a SLN-POS-RDR

Hi All,

We're looking to prototype with the SLN-POS-RDR and would like to bolt on LTE-M connectivity using a SIM7000G LTE-M chip. To add this connectivity to Arduino, I believe we can use a  TWR-SHIELD.

Can anyone confirm that this sounds feasible?
