ARM Beginning

Dear All,

can someone guide me the best way to get started in Freescale ARM please? from where I shall start? I googled alot to see a very good tutorial but I found nothing. Did someone have a good "getting started" pdf for Freescale ARM? I have a good knowledge in the 8-bit PIC Microcontroller.
