Problem using J-LINK Segger debugger with KDS3.2.0

When try to debug my project, which builds without any problem, (Segger J-LINK) the KDS 3.2.0 replies: 'Launching my_project_name debug' has encountered a problem. Program file does not exist.

Also debugger continues to try to start and is continuously on 62%

I have followed the steps from the KDS user manual
