Porting a Project from CodeWarrior to KDS IDE

Hi,

     I want to port a project from CodeWarrior to KDS IDE.I followed the  Documentation but how should i change the codeWarrior dependent libraries permanently?

I want a clear Explanation for What are CodeWarrior dependent libraries in a project and how to change them permanently if we want to export it to KDS? Please Give me a detailed and clear Explanation

there is CW to KDS porting guide under C:\Freescale\KDS_3.0.0\doc\pdf\kds_porting_guide.pdf
