Kinetis Design Studio 3.2.0 can't read memory with debugger

I'm using:

Kinetis Design Studio 3.2.0

FRDM-K22F board (embedded GDB SEGGER J-Link debug connection)

I can load, execute, hit breakpoints, source step and even view variables and expressions, but when I try to look at the memory browser or EmbSys Register view, the console reports:

"WARNING: Failed to read memory @ address 0xyyyyyyyy"

 

help!

 

P.S. Disassembly window seems to work ok, just not memory...maybe the problem is only RAM access? weird...

On the EmbSysRegView, have you select your chip :

Hi Alice,
For the EmbSys Registers, yes I did select the device name.  The problem appears to be that reading from target memory in general doesn't work, so since the registers are memory-mapped they also don't work.  Here is a screen shot of my memory browser window:

Here is a dump of my console window while I was looking at the memory windows and the disassembly window.  You'll notice that the disassembly memory reads work - may because flash reads are working but RAM reads are not?

How about this  question , have it be resolved ?

IF still can not , you  can use the J-link commander to erase all(use the command "unlock kinetis"), then load project

to have  a try .
