Hello

Building a new bare board project:

I can't add components into project, this option is "gray" in RMB menu...

Please help! I am working several days to understand what is wrong, checked all the setup options, but all in vain...

Hi Erich

Thank you for the support.

I rechecked my activity, I made a mistake in the new project process, and pressed finish instead of NEXT to check the PE checkbox.

It works now, thanks again.

Thank you Erich, yes, I do mark the PE option in the project, bt it does not work.

Pressing RMB on a component - the 2 upper menu options are gray and you can't select them.

In CW 10.6 I am using it works perfect.

I can't find the reason.

Hi Benny,

I assume you are talkign about Processor Expert components? If so, you only can add Processor Expert components to the project, if you have created a Processor Expert project. You can see this if there is a .pe file in the project root folder.

And then select Processor Expert:
