As KDS V1.1.0 release notes said:
Support for additional downloadable Eclipse plug-ins including RTOS-awareness (including MQX™ and FreeRTOS)
But I can't find the method or manul to install this plug in.
Anyone could help on this ?

The FreeRTOS plugin is available from HighIntegritySystems, see DIY Free Toolchain for Kinetis: Part 5 – FreeRTOS Eclipse Kernel Awareness with GDB | MCU on Eclipse
The MQX plugin will be available later today with the normal Eclipse updater mechanism.
Menu Help > Install New Software, then select
Freescale KDS Update Site - http://freescale.com/lgfiles/updates/Eclipse/KDS
