UART_S2 set to 0x7F

Hi ,

I am using the UART communication protocol for my application , I can see UART_S2 getting set to 0x7f , What can be the reason for this and can anyone help me on this.

What part are you using? The K32L 2A data sheet I have at hand does not have a UART_S2 register?

The issues is likely something not being configured correctly.

Hi ,
To clarify your question on the K32 series I am using the following part number and processor:
Processor : K32L2B21xxxxA
Part Number : K32L2B21VLH0A
Core : Cortex-M0P


I am using MCU Xpresso , I can see in peripherals UART_S2 getting set to 0x7F.
