A possible workaround I could think of is installing FreeMASTER Lite on another Workstation or a Virtual Machine and copy the binaries from the guest (secondary) machine to your main (host) machine.

The only dependency that is required is the licensing service that according to your logs was installed successfully (you can find it in /usr/local/share/FNP/service64/11.13.0/FNPLicensingService).
It should persist even if the installation fails.

Note: when running FreeMASTER Lite you may need to add license folder from FreeMASTER Lite directory to LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
