Wrong FreeMASTER Download Version?

Hi,

on the website

https://www.nxp.com/design/software/development-software/freemaster-run-time-debugging-tool:FREEMAST...

FreeMASTER is available as software download. But when I install it, it says Version 3.1.3.8 in the About... dialog. This is in contrast to the version number 3.1.4 stated on the download website.

Something is wrong here...

Hi @MaWi,

I just checked the link.

The downloaded executable shows version 3.1.4.5.

Same version is displayed in About window.

In case you have multiple installers of FreeMASTER please make sure that:

1. The downloaded file has the right version (figure 2)
2. Installation is finished successfully

Strange...

I downloaded following file again:

• IDE AND BUILD TOOLS

  FreeMASTER tool 3.1 – Windows installerFEATURED

  EXERev 3.1.4Mar 24, 2022348.0 MBFMASTERSW31-EXE

  Sign in required
  DOWNLOAD

  Then I double checked the version of the exe file in my download folder.

  

  It is still version 3.1.3.8, no matter how often I try again...

  I am confused.

That's strange indeed. I will follow up with site management team and will post updates once I get some feed-back.
