I am trying to set up the FreeMaster in my existing project. I follow the Release Notes for FreeMASTER Driver V3 for S32K3, following the steps, i can't find FreeMASTER SDK on my system

Can you check if the Update Site containing FreeMASTER SDK was properly installed in Design Studio:
You can check it from menu bar Help->Installation details where you should find FreeMASTER package:
or directly in DS installation folder at "C:\NXP\S32DS.3.5\S32DS\software". If it is missing try reinstalling FreeMASTER Update Site.
