Waiting for the first trigger screen

Hello NXP team,

I am using FreeMaster version 3.2.2.1 and it was working well. but recently,the fast measurement screen shows this message "Waiting for the first trigger" and doesn't show signals. why may this occur? another matter appeared is that the signals on the other oscilloscope screens become intermittent like the figure attached below. Is this due to something in the FreeMaster file or the model itself?

Dear Ahmed,

at the bottom of the view area, there is an error "Recorder could not be initialized" probably due to communication issue. Command checksum error may happen when the target MCU is not receiving the data correctly, typically in polling (non-interrupt) mode not calling the FMSTR_Poll method fast enough.

Can you tell more about your connection (UART/CAN/USB/other..) and FreeMASTER driver configuration (FMSTR_POLL_DRIVEN?).
