while Iam trying to debug in CodeWarrior IDE using Multilink LC debug probe, getting the below error

Do you use CodeWarrior for MCU ver11.x tools and Multilink Universal device? what is the part number you are using?

Pay attention to the pin 1 of the 14 pins JTAG connector, the red line of flat cable is cable 1.

Yes, Iam CodeWarrior for MCU ver11.x tools and am using Multilink Universal REV E (PEM9D3DA6) debugger and MC56F82746 uc and did correct connection as mentioned

if you insert USB port, can you see the USB icon on the PC device manager?

I have tried to connect the multilink Universal with MC56F83000-EVK, no problem.

Hi,

On the Multilink Universal device, you have to connect the 14 pin PORT A JTAG/ONCE connector.
