Hi Krithikka,
No IBIS simulation model has been created for this device or its family parts.
The CC lines on a USB Type-C interface operate at relatively low signal speeds (USB PD BMC signaling at 300 kbps), which means they are generally not subject to the high-frequency signal integrity concerns that typically drive the need for IBIS models. Standard I²C-level or low-speed I/O characterization from the datasheet (electrical specifications: VOL/VOH, IOL/IOH, rise/fall times, capacitance) is typically sufficient to evaluate signal quality on the CC pins.
If your signal integrity concern is specifically related to the USB data path (USB 2.0 D+/D−), please note that the PTN5150AHXMP itself does not route or buffer the USB data lines - it is purely a CC logic controller. The USB data signals bypass the device entirely and are handled directly at the connector and receptacle.
