Hi together,
I am searching for the BSDL file for the DSP56724 and cannot find it anywhere. Is there a download page where I can get it from? And also, I have seen that the DSP56724 has two cores and therefore two separate JTAG interfaces according to the block diagram in the documentation, see attachment. Is there a special way to treat this component in the JTAG chain? Will it just be behaving as one device with one ID Code?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Alexander

Hi XiangJun Rong,
thank you for your reply and the file!
And I am not using this in a new design, I needed the newest BSDL file for this component for a test station, because we see some weird behaviour in the Check Chain and we wanted to elimitate the factor that the BSDL files are old and not matching the components. We will try this one out and see if it fixed the issue.
Thanks again!
Best regards,
Alexander

Hi,
I attach the BSDL file for the DSP5672x, hope it can help you
I have to say that the DSP5672x is Not Recommended In New Design, we have little resource to support the decoder and SA in ROM.
There is only one JTAG port on the external pads, the internal two jtag port are connected with jtag chain.
If you develop audio application, I suggest you consider i.mxrt family or i.mx family.
Hope it can help you
