CodeWarrior Special Download Problem

Code Warrior Special v11.1 edition cannot be downloaded.

The page https://cache.nxp.com/secured/devsuites/MCU/CW_MCU_v11.1_b181224_SE.exe?__gda__=1773535639_6628835bf... is return the error ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

I tested on Chrome and Edge, but the results are same.

I tried to download by this link. 

I clicked on download button on 

CodeWarrior™ Development Studio for Microcontrollers v11.1 Special Edition (Online)

The system require user and pass, and after ask for acceptance on agreement.

After I accept, the download do not begin and open the page on link https://cache.nxp.com/secured/devsuites/MCU/CW_MCU_v11.1_b181224_SE.exe?__gda__=1773881288_b1c1141cb... with the error ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE.
