Hi,
we will be using MPC577M. enabled offline selftest(STCU2) with CRC. able to run the test and results are OK.
Noticed, we do destructive reset for diagnostic functionality often noticed the CRC test failing.
when do reset via debugger (trace32) SYStem.RESetTarget, noticed behaviour consistent and CRC is OK.
do perform destrucive reset here is code snippet,
Clear FES
Clear DES
Clear DRET
ME_MCTL = 0xFFFF5AF0UL
ME_MCTL = 0xFFFFA50FUL
other tests doesn't have any impact. No failure on LBIST or MBIST.
Please guide me for further analysis.
