BGA 21x21 oven profile

I am looking for recommendation of soldering/reflow oven profile for this part MCIMX6S6AVM08ACR (NXP SEMICONDUCTORS).

We keep having head-in-pillow issue with this BGA.

Please help me on this. Thanks
