Hi,
I'm following the AN3408 due to build a sample CGI application for the uClinux-targeting MCF5329EVB.
I'm trying to download the kernel image built with LTIB to the target board.
When I was setting the target board with dBug, suddenly the dBug doesn't recognize the characters that I type. For example, instead of a blank space (space bar) it reads a '0'. And it happens with almost all the keyboard keys. I don't know what could be happen... Any idea? How can I solve it? Is there any way of restart the dBUG to its initial values?
Thanks
Best regards
Jesus

Hi Jesus,
I've never had the problem you described, but if you think dBUG has been corrupted
there are instructions for recovering included with the LTIB release.
In the original iso in the <mount>/Help/hardware/CFFlasher/ directory are prebuilt
bootloaders and the software necessary to recover dBUG. The README.txt has
instructions. This will also reset all the dBUG "set" values.

Matt

The problem was that the board that I have to convert USB to RS232 had cracked down and it didn't work. But thanks to you, now I have a newer dBug version on the board.
Best regards
Jesús
