ipl pins initial value in 68k

What should be the initial value on IPL[2:0] input lines of the 68k processor when the reset is deasserted. Shoulld it be 7 or 0?

Hi,
   ILP2:0 should be pulled up to +5V via resistors,I use 2K2.
 So the answer is 7
