Wake-Up Issue in MCF51JM128 Controller

I am currently facing an issue with the MCF51JM128 microcontroller in some devices. Specifically, I have observed that when the controller wakes up from sleep mode, it enters an undefined state, causing the controller pins to output a voltage of 3.6V.
