I need to keep my data in SRAM stored when Vcc goes down/up, by backuping the SRAM by a CR2032.
Is there some reasonable price solution for this?like a ASIC device?
In the past I had some problem due to this switching...that time the asics costed almost the RAM price!!...
Thanks
Ricardo Raupp

Georg
I took a look at DS1210 .It seems to be nice.
The Freescale support team mentioned TI TPS3606-33, wich is almost 50% less then DS1210.
I will evaluate them better....
Thanks for your attention.
