Hi,
I'm writing an open source extension to vscode to code in assembly for the m68000.
I would like to reproduce some parts of the m68000 reference manual as inline documentation : https://www.nxp.com/files-static/archives/doc/ref_manual/M68000PRM.pdf .
Do someone know where can I ask for an agreement ?
Thanks.
Hi,
Let me share with you the license agreement that NXP has for all his documentation, basically, you can use the documentation, quoting NXP and it is only if you are using and NXP product.
I hope this helps, have a nice day!
Regards
Soledad
Thanks Soledad for this answer,
Just to confirm, what I understand is that I can copy part of the documentation as inline documentation for the Motorolla 68000 asm editor, as long as I quote that NXP is the owner of the documentation/Motorolla 68000 copyright.
Is that correct ?
Regards

Have a nice day!
