QSPI on MCF5235

I'm looking for software C example on how to use QSPI ADC on my MCF5235EVB board,

Arev,

I don't have any QSPI sample code specific to the MCF5235, however attached is some sample init and transfer code for the QSPI on the MCF5282. The QSPI module on the MCF5282 and MCF5235 is the same, so although this code won't work without some modification, it is a good reference.
