Programming Tool for MC68376BGCFT20 or SC68376BGCAB20

Hello,

I am looking for a progeamming tool for MC68376BGCFT20 or SC68376BGCAB20.  I am assuming it reqires hex or some sort of firmware file. This is a legacy product and we dont have much data on this design.  We have firmware file which I think for the micro but NXP has no info on programmer required for this chip. 

There is also a bootloader firmware in a flash chip circuit of our board which uses MX29F200CBMI-70G.  We loaded the bootloader firmware but that didn't get board to run.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
