Hello

I am trying to program the flash.

I don't understand where or what is the "Array address and data".

Where is the place or what are the regs to store the dest address for program and where do i need to put the data?

Can i program one sector of flash when the program is running in another sector or should i need to run from the ram?

Flash programming is similar on both 521x and 5223x. You might want to look for 521x bootloaders as a starting point.

I'm writing a bootloader for the 5223x in my spare time; it will have serial download and bootp/tftp to both internal RAM and Flash, limited scripting. So far I expect it will require less than 32KB. I should have an alpha by the end of the month; I might GPL-it if there's any interest.

What processor? Internal or external flash? Please provide all relevant info if you want somebody to help you.
