Q1: Can the VDDA be powered before VDD?

Q2: Can the VREFH voltage be powered before VDD and VDDA?

MKV56F512 is a Kinetis part. This forum is for Coldfire parts. You should MOVE the question to that Forum (there's an option for this if you're the Author of a post, but the addition of my post might interfere with that).

The Reference Manual says "V REFH must never exceed V DDA".

You should also read "40.7.1.1 Analog supply pins". It is quite clear on the matter.
