MCF5253 Bus Timing

Hi,

I'm trying to find the timing diagrams for the address/data bus on the MCF5253 (for connecting to external ram/flash etc).

I can't find it in any of the PDFs - they have timing diagrams for SDRAM etc but not what I'm looking for.

Anyone know where I can find this info ?

I raised a service request to obtain the timing information for the external bus only to be told that it is not available.

Does anyone actually use the MCF5253 device with anything connected to the external bus ?

If timing information is not available I cannot see how anyone can design a system which uses the bus.

Someone must know the timings otherwise Freescale couldn't produce the eval board which has an ethernet controller on the bus.

Has anyone been down this route and got any more information ?

Anyone used the bus on this device ? If so, how ?
