MCF5216CVF66 - I do not see a decoder in the datasheet telling me the difference between MCF5216CVF66 and MCF5216CVM66

It isn't in the Data Sheet.

This is a PACKAGING difference:

32-bit microcontroller with CAN|NXP

As far as I can tell from this limited information, "CVM" is Lead Free and "CVF" isn't.

So it might affect your production in that there may be soldering problems changing from one package to the other.
