1) First, use the search function at the upper right on this web page to search and see if someone else has encountered the same problem and got it fixed, or devised a workaround. I know in this case this problem has occurred before; there should be some results to a search.
2) Submit a service request by clicking here. While Freescale people do frequent the forums and provide answers, the official conduit for getting your problem looked at and logged in the system is by submitting a service request.
