When I run the DEMO project TCPIP stack on the M52235EVB board ,I got a message "Exception vector name:Address Error" in mcf5223_lo.s on the line:move.1 #__SRAM,d0,what's wrong ?

It would appear that you have not programmed the code into the device. Use that CW flash programming tool on the title bar. Please see:
http://www.freescale.com/coldfireseminars
for a walk though.
